It mirrors some media work done by Ecotricity, including a fairly well known article in "the Ecologist". The basis of their argument is that the way to characterise suppliers is by the amount of renewable generation they build and operate themselves. The counter-argument is that this isn't particularly important compared to how much renewable generation they source, whether built and operated by others and themselves. IIRC this offensive was launched a little before the time that Ecotricity dropped their 100% renewable option (they have now re-introduced it) and thus was aimed at those offering 100% renewable tariffs (Good Energy being the principal one). Personally I wish Ecotricity would concentrate on growing the market, not squabbling about another supplier. -- David Hansen, Edinburgh I will *always* explain revoked encryption keys, unless RIP prevents me http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2000/00023--e.htm#54
