I would have to think about that a bit.... imprison anyone who believes in democracy, The United States has done that before. Yet, sometimes it has preferred to simply assassinate people who believe in Democracy. Why is is that the US has a history of supporting Dictatorships and fighting against certain democracies in some countries? >engage in toture, Are you saying that the United States of America has always been torture free? Think Alcatraz.... When you say torture, are you referring to the American concentration camps for Japanese Americans during WWII? You mean like in Vietnam, a few African countries, central America, Iraq, Iran??? It's always interesting to read about how friendly the US can be in other countries. There's a book you should read, what was it called... "The US rise in world globalism"... "Democracy for the Few" by Michael Parenti is a better book. > murder, Waco.... How many Native Americans did the U.S. democracy murder? A few million? Why? How many African Americans? You forgot to mention slavery. > etc. on a massive scale Like that killing spree that went on in Florida 70 years ago, where the whites, including police officers, went around killing black men, women, and children because one black guy escaped from a chain gang? The "democratic" United States has been in favor of murder on a massive scale. >, and make everyone so >poor they HAVE to ride bicycles. What does "poor" have to do with "bicycles"? I don't see the connection. I spent $1400 on my bike. Does that mean I'm poor? Maybe I should apply for welfare since I don't own a car. Wow, that sounds like a good idea!!! I could then buy an expensive mountain bike, and I would still be considered to be poor. That's neat! Can you be the next president? The 260 million people in the U.S. own more bicycles than the 1.2 billion people in China. Yet, Americans don't ride them while the Chinese do. For proof, read the Ultimate Bicycle book by Richard Ballantine, page 11 >Admiring anything the people of China are forced to do by totalitarian Yes, you are right. 1.2 billion people is a very small population. The people of China should be allowed to have as many kids as they want so that their population will explode and cripple the country just like with what is happening in India. Then, instead of 9 people in China polluting the same amount as one American, the people in China should be giving the freedom to pollute just as much as any American, just to be fair. So what if millions of people have to lose their homes because of new roads, so what if people in the cities have to wear gas masks because of exhaust, and so what if the people in China will have to import their water from other countries because their unregulated industries are polluting their own reserves. Let China be just like the US! Why not? I believe that before one criticizes a country other that one's own, one should study it, learn more about it, learn to understand it's people, the environment, and try to imagine how it will fare in the future.
