No... it is not.

Removing your nails (pull them off), and you'll grow them back in a few
weeks. Declawing means the cat will never grow claws again.

So if you "declaw" a human, it will involve removing the last part of all
the fingers.

Because it's a rather horrible surgery... and it's a pet. You're supposed to
