... Speaking of the Byte Club .......

Does anybody know the latest as to what has happened to them and whats
going on now?

It seems that when they closed down, they sold all the software they
had under consignment ...... really pissed off a lot of people.

At any rate, it seemed like a very shady operation and I doubt there is
another one like it (thats not about to be closed down by the software
police)....  I mean...  really... it makes perfect sense that honest
persons would pay $10 (after the $15 annual membership fee) to rent a
software to "try it out" before purchasing it for $40.
