OK. Look, I can tell you are lying. You get a cat elsewhere. Problem solved. There are tons of places to get cats that no one cares about... if you are basically adopting someone's pet, then the person you are adopting from is reasonable in making sure the care is similar to the care they want the pet receiving. No one is making you use these services - if you don't like them, go to a normal shelter where they don't care.
