" Does anyone know where to get a listing of telephone companies offering
" local services in California? (Excluding PacBell.) Thanks in advance.
Considering that the state PUC licenses telephone companies in California,
they would have a list. There was a consolidation about 15 years ago, but
there are still quite a few indies out there in the small towns.
