organizations is $175.

Dates and Times: January 12, February 9 or March 9, from 9:00 to 4:30. 

Location: All seminars will be held at Optima Offices, 1700 Montgomery
St., Suite 111, San Francisco. If you are driving, there are two parking

Facilitator:  Bob Mendonsa is president of RMM Organizational Change
Services, a human development consultancy located in San Francisco. Bob
has delivered hundreds of seminars on leadership, communication, change
and performance to corporations and nonprofits, in both large and small
organizations, at all organizational levels. Prior to opening his practice
in 1995, Bob worked as an executive and manager for several Bay Area
