The US Supreme Court has ruled that it is perfectly legal for US agents
to kidnap suspected lawbreakers and transport them to the US unless there
is a specific treaty prohibiting this kidnapping -- Bet your Foreign Office
never anticipated this! Also US law makes it a crime to commit an action
in a foreign nation with partial effect in US, the same as if committed in US.
So the legal beagles have you covered!

So now you know why we would prefer NOT to pay the "public servants".
If we are lucky they will quit --impossible to fire them.
