      I suspect there have been many souls who have been saved and many
more that will be saved during the upcoming winter.  More so when the
holiday rush hours start up and the rain starts pouring.  If nothing else
it surely is a very religous experience out on the highways here :-).  I
think it has to do with the weather being so nice with so little rain that
people honestly don't know how to drive in it.  In addition because the
weather is so nice, nobody ever goes to church out here so they use the
highways to experience the word of God :-) but I am not so sure thats they
way it was meant to be used :-).
