Please pardon my posting this message. I can't seem to get a reply path to

Congrats on this new concept. It sounds great. I have a couple of questions:
1. Are the colloquia open to the public? As the Chair of San Diego's
professional chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery, I
would love to let my non-usenet member know about the colloquia.
2. Would it be possible to announce the subject matter and venue a little
earlier? Your announcement of the Jan 20 collooquium did not arrive
until after Jan 23.
Thanks, and good luck!
