I have a two monitor setup at home for graphics programming/debugging. I recently bought an Orchid Fahrenheit 1280 accelerated SVGA card. I have been having some problems running both monitors at once. Although the cards generally coexist rather well, certain problems (especially with autodetect routines) occur. After speaking with Orchid, I was told that the only card that can peacefully live with the F1280 is a mono card the "is incapable of going into graphics mode." All the mono cards I can find new can do the Hercules graphics modes. What I need is a genuine MDA tha works. Will buy or trade for my current card. Does anyone still have one of these? -- --Jeff Hartung-- Disclaimer: My opinions only, etc., etc., BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!...
