Overclock using 83MHz?

Hi
I just bought an Aopen AX6B motherboard and a Celeron 300A. Tried to
overclock to 450MHZ but not stable. I am thinking of using the 83MHz Bus
speed instead.
Did anyone know what will be the resulting AGP and PCI speed if I
were to use the 83MHz bus instead? Because I would like to know if
the AGP or PCI ratio will be hazardous to some cards.

Pls advice.

(pls carbon copy to my email when u reply to this post)
Thank you in advance.
