2. IBM VOICETYPE DICTATION: A SPEECH RECOGNITION PRODUCT FOR OS/2
IBM VoiceType Dictation is a highly accurate speech recognition system,
which analyses what you say and can immediately turn it into text on your
screen at a rate of 70-100 words a minute. You can customize the system
for your particular needs through a simple enrollment procedure. You
can use IBM VoiceType Dicatation to control your desktop and application
as well as do dictation. In addition to the standard UK English version,
it is available with specialized vocabularies for Radiology, Pathology
and Legal as well as languages including US English, French, Spanish,
German, Italian and Arabic.
One IBM VoiceType Dictation customer,Roger Fletcher a translator of
Chinese, has boosted his productivity by 80%. He finds he can work for
much longer periods without getting tired. Roger uses VoiceType under
OS/2 for the majority of his work, including lengthy letters and notes.
VoiceType Dictation for OS/2 has completely transformed the way Roger
works. "I can now put in more hours per day without fatigue, as many as
12 hours when I am up against a deadline." VoiceType lets Roger do more
work, faster than ever before and he doesn't have to work unsociable
hours.

4. WORDS ON OS/2 WARP FROM COMPUTERWORLD

5. SHOW YOUR OS/2 WARP SUPPORT -- TAKE A ZIFF-DAVIS SURVEY

not Windows 95. So go take a look at
http://www.zdnet.com/~zdi/win95/survey2.html and tell them what you
think of OS/2 Warp.

6. WARP'D HUMOR
"Drill for oil? You mean drill into the ground to try and find oil?
You're crazy."
--Drillers who Edwin L. Drake tried to enlist to his project
to drill for oil in 1859.
"A cookie store is a bad idea. Besides, the market research reports say
America likes crispy cookies, not soft and chewy cookies like you
make."
--Response to Debbi Fields' idea of starting Mrs. Fields' Cookies.
