Subject: Where are the Apps?
Ref: Append at 16:37:25 on 96/01/03 GMT (by COX at STLVM27)

Here are just some sites with OS/2 apps. No site is likely
to be a complete collection of all apps available for OS/2,
and there will also be some duplication. Now, PLEEEZE, will
nobody complain about this - if there was one single and complete
listing, this would probably mean that there isn't a lot of SW for OS/2
out there!
There has been some debate on the newsgroups whether it is desirable to
have these apps in shrinkwraps in shops. Opinions are divided, though
I think I see a trend to people actually preferring to shop on the
Net. I tend to agree - the majority of software will be sold over the
net, as DUAs or as preloads in the not too distant future.

Pls note that some URLs are case-sensitive.
