                  INNOVAL ANNOUNCES POST ROAD NETEXTRA
ADD-ON FOR THE NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR FOR OS/2

Harrison, New York - September 9, 1996 - With the imminent release of Netscape
Navigator for OS/2, InnoVal Systems today announced that it will release an
add-on tool for Netscape's browser. The add-on tool, called Post Road
NetExtra, provides a number of useful navigational functions for everyone who
surfs the Web. These functions include advanced bookmarking of pages into
nested folders, nicknamed page retrieval, a multiple-month history of all
visited web pages, a persistent jump list that is carried forward from session
to session, and a local agent for downloading a series of web pages to a
user's hard drive. Downloaded web pages, called "wacked" pages, can be viewed
very quickly, even while disconnected from the Internet.

"The joint announcement by IBM and Netscape that Netscape Navigator for OS/2
will be available shortly, is very significant," said Dan Porter, the
president of InnoVal Systems Solutions, Inc. "There have been numerous press
articles questioning IBM's commitment to OS/2. I don't question it for a
minute. Having worked with the beta and gamma releases of Merlin --
officially OS/2 Warp 4 -- with Java, voice recognition and a strong new
interface, I am convinced that IBM is fully committed to OS/2 and its
customers. Netscape Navigator solidifies that commitment. When we decided to
build this add-on tool, we were delighted at the extraordinary help that we
received from both IBM and Netscape."

InnoVal is also announcing a free subscription service called the "NetExtra
Bookmarks of the Month Club." Each month, NetExtra users will be able to
download folders of interesting new web pages. Periodically, InnoVal will also
provide product additional agents for NetExtra. Some of the new agents will
include automated scripts and filters for working with popular search engines
such as Yahoo and Lycos, directory converters for converting links in
directory pages into bookmarks, and scripts for downloading popular e-zines
for off-line reading. Many of these agents will be delivered as Java applets
and OS/2 REXX scripts. All of them will be designed to work with the Netscape
Navigator for OS/2.

Post Road NetExtra will be released at the same time that the Netscape
Navigator is released. The list price (MSRP) is $49.00 US. Site licenses are
available. Resellers should write for price quotes.

InnoVal will also release an upgrade to WebExtra, an add-on for the IBM
WebExplorer. This upgrade will be free to all WebExtra customers. Customers
who have a license for WebExtra will also be able to convert to Post Road
NetExtra for $20.00 US. WebExtra only works with the IBM WebExplorer and does
not include all of the features of NetExtra. NetExtra will work with both the
Netscape Navigator and the IBM WebExplorer.

NetExtra is a significant tool designed to save users both time and money. It
is written with IBM VisualAge C++ for maximum stability and performance.
