How many people are there in Aris technical support area? Either they must be sleeping or the department is under-staffed. I used to work in a small computer servicing firm before NS. We try to make sure every pc under service (whether is from assembled by us or from other brands) to be returned within one to two week. And during holiday season, our workshop is always jam-packed. Weird thing is that we seldom take one whole month or even more to return a computer. And thing we do is that we never threatened customers. Once one customer tried to sue us in court. Even then, my boss never go and threatened him. Aris must have a very bad marketing department (or is there any?). And it is really weird that a firm which sell expensive pcs seems to have never throughly tested their system or provide some decent after sales service. -- *************** Foo Chuan Herng ************ ******* Live Long ******** Love Deep ******* *** http://home.pacific.net.sg/~gauntlet ***
