Yup, Aris is famous for such practices.... I had the same problem of mismatch specification by them 3 years back. Rejected the set they send (I had a habit of opening the casing upon receipt to ensure that parts are delivered to specs :-) ) the first time... thought that they had send the wrong computer, then the second time... and finally on the third occasion, I decided to demand my money back. the floor manager insisted of no refund, saying that I must be reading too much 'PC Magazines'(Yeh PC mag will informed me of missing items like 128kb cache instead of 256kb)... but I informed them that I've contacted my lawyer and feel free to go to court anytime. His tone changed immediately :-). A checked was returned in about a week's time. As long as U are sure that they are 'cheated' U do not hesitate to take action, else some other poor student will suffer. I'm quite amazed that they still practice it today, some of the parts they offer are really attractive, sad that they do not soup up on their reputation Regards C. N. Koh
