The problem with you Aris is that you lack tact. Maybe it is true - customer
service is not all in business. At least you must know that you have to fool
them to think that it IS.

Again, no tact. You could have just said - We all here to provide excellent
service. What have you got, a leaking heart?

Again, no tact. What do you mean by you have 'invested' in this service? Gives
me the idea that you expect huge profits from you 'investment'. You could have
just said - This service we have set up will bring you huge benifits, blah blah.

That is a little better statement - we ARE doing somthing about it. (But
actually in reality, customer service is a 1 way affair - businesses should
always be after the customers money but make sure they go home feeling full -
good food or junk food, it doen'st matter.

You are deadly accurate here. But you don't have to say that so loud.

>Let us know if you come across any, they will be our role model.

Don't challenge customers. No tact again. Tell them you are No 2 now, and No 1
tommorrow.
