SUMMER LEASE INFO

By popular demand, I will be starting the first annual Tahoe Summer
Lease
at the cabin this season. If you have never been to Tahoe in the summer,
now is your opportunity. Lake Tahoe is every bit as fun in the warm,
summer
months as it is in the winter.


Q. What would I do in the summer?

Last year, mountain biking was probably the most popular event. We tried
trails surrounding Squaw Valley, nearly Boca & Spampede reservoirs, and
Northstar's Mountain Bike park, but the best trails by far were right in
Tahoe Donner. The terrain and the altitude are more challenging than the
Bay Area, but the views are worth it.

Other activities include golf, horseback riding, tennis, and boating,
among
others.  There are 7 golf courses in the North Lake Tahoe area, with a
Driving Range and 18 hole Championship Golf Course right in Tahoe
Donner.
There is also an Equestrian Center within walking distance.

Evenings were usually spent on the Deck enjoying a barbecue, or out at
the
local restaurants & bars.

Q. What does it cost?

The Summer Lease runs from June 1st to September 30th. Cost is $295 per
member, 12 total members. Members have unlimited use of the cabin, and
can
bring guests for $30/night. This is less than the cost of renting a
cabin
for a single weekend in Tahoe Donner.
