If you are talking about the San Francisco peninsula, how about
the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame? They have a nice indoor garden.
Other hotels such as Sterling Suites (formerly Embassy Suites)
also have indoor atriums that are very bright and airy.

The Dunfey Hotel in San Mateo also has an outdoor wedding area.
