Does anyone know the ILL photocopying guidelines for the Northern Regional
Library Facility of the University of California system?

The item in question is an article in from the 1898 volume of
the Hohenzollern Jarhbuch.

Given its age I think that it is likely that they will not be willing to
have it photocopied.

Before I go to the trouble of organizing an international ILL I thought that
I would check out the possiblity that  they would refuse the request.
