Would someone be interested in reviewing the 2nd ed. of David
Butcher's "Official Publications in Britain" (London: Library
Association Pub., 1991)?  The review is for the "Serials Librarian"
book review column; column editor is Jim Cole.  The reviewer, of
course, may keep the book.
