Some of us are betwixt and between.  Having the organizational commitment
to the Net does not confer the wherewithal.  In our case, the Appleton
Public Library is providing funds for staff members' accounts on the WELL
At some point, we will have the $24K and the storage space it would take us to 
become a node.  At least this is a start...
