In a recent message robertb@math.mit.edu (Robert Becker) tells us:
*
*
*You're paranoid. I am so *sick* of people who run around saying
*"bicycling is too dangerous, I might get hit!" Gee, not if you
*ride safely, and not if you ride with your brains in gear. Or,
*"I'm not going to fly in a plane, it might crash!" Uh huh. The
*odds are less than being struck by lightning.
You think *those* are dangerous? Have you considered the consquences of
bringing TWO Robert Beckers together on ONE newsgroup???
