Bush was handed a SURPLUS, Pissed it all down the drain , then having to borrow money from China, for what? An invasion of another nation, that took 5,000 American lives and was a fiasco. Not a damned thing to show for our money and in debt up to our ass. Of course we all knew that when Obama walked into his office but there are more and more signs that things are slowly picking up.
