In a previous query by another Stanford student, Dr Amy Guthrie was
HIGHLY recommended. Unfortunately, she is not taking in any new (DMO)
patients. I have to choose one of the following:

PALO ALTO:  Dr. Delores Eberhart,   Dr. Jason Hamada, 
            Dr. Ken Kato,           Dr. Arnold Keyles
M. VIEW:    Dr. Michael Lopez,      Dr. Mathew Yoshida

Please let me know of your positive and negative experiences with any of
these dentists.  I am particularly wanting to avoid the following types. 

 o pushy ones (extra work needed)
 o charge top-$$, but let (underqualified) secretary do all the work
 o give estimate and charge for x hours, but work only y hours, x >> y.
