: Square dancing is a delightful activity enjoyed by countless folks of all
: ages at clubs throughout the Bay Area, across the country, and even
: overseas. The Quads is a singles club, which means you don't have to come
: equipped with a partner (though couples are welcome, of course). It's also
: a casual club, so you don't have to wear any special clothes--just wear
: something comfortable to dance in. Absolutely no experience is
: required--we start with the very basics. And before you say, "But I have
: two left feet!", let me assure you that one of the many wonderful aspects
: of square dancing is that nobody much cares what you do with your feet.

: Administrative details:

: This beginner's class runs Sunday evenings from 7pm until about 9pm and
: meets at Fairmeadow School in Palo Alto (directions below). New class
: members are welcome on October 2, 9, and 16. Those are all introductory
: nights; they are free of charge, and you can come to any or all of them.
: Cost of the class thereafter is a mere $4 per week.

Is there anybody from the East Bay driving down to this class, and who would
be willing to give me a ride to and from it? I used to love square
dancing...

I'd also be interested in rides to and from anything similar and more
local, if it's free or very cheap (no more expensive than this, and
preferably less so). Thanks.

Katherine
