Rental available Nov 15 for one bedroom in a 3/2 Palo Alto home:

Location: Near Ramona & E. Meadow (about 2 mi to Stanford campus).

House: House is nice and recently remodeled; includes
                washer/dryer/dishwasher/jacuzzi/fireplace with full
privileges & weekly maid service. The third room is an
office, which you may also use.

Room: One bedroom available with its own bathroom. Room is
currently unfurnished, but that is negotiable.
                Non-smoker please; prefer gay-friendly male.

Rent: $525/mo (all utilities except phone included) with a
$250 deposit. A second phone line is already installed
and is all yours (just pay monthly bill).

Would prefer 6-12 month lease, but willing to arrange
                month-to-month for $575/mo.

Housemates: Owners are a professional gay couple (29/30 yo).
Have somewhat normal hours during the week, but are
pretty flexible. A cat and a dog are also included.

Contact: E-mail to stohler@leland.stanford.edu, or call
                (415) 856-3599 (we'll be gone most of this weekend
so please leave a message or call back on Sunday
                after 4pm).
