Posting for a friend. Please dont reply to me, reply by email to tomstr@acm.org Thanks for your replies Louis ---- A member of our Lab (Computer Systems at ETH Zuerich) is about to move to Silicon Valley, with his wife and his kids. From hearsay I know that Palo Alto Public School are some of the best in the nation, Cupertino/Saratoga schools are ok, but Mountain View and SanJose schools are to be avoided. It is likely that every realtor will make claims about good or bad schools. Does anybody know of ratings, surveys, statistics or any substantiated information on that topic? URLs or addresses to write to would be most helpful. -- Louis Perrochon fon:+1 (415) 723 9558 Gates Computer Science 4A fax:+1 (415) 725 2588 Stanford University mailto:perrochon@acm.org Stanford, CA 94305 http://www.perrochon.com/
