The AARNet link between Sydney amd Canberra went down
at about 1:30pm today (Wednesday, Dec 2nd)

Telecom reported that the optic fiber was cut again at Bowral.

I assume, based on the time it took to fix it yesterday, the link
will not be up until late tonight.
