We are looking for an entrepreneureal type who will build a system software
support group. Must be flexable and creative. Must have a business sense as
well as excellent technical abilities. Must be equally at home delivering
software solutions to customers by applying own resources or contracting others.Must be strong at developing and managing relationships with other Sun groups
and with customers. Must be equally comfortable with hands-on effort and with
managing others. Must have 5 years or more of software development experiece.

Technical Experience: System software development, including drivers and OS
ports (boot PROM experience would be nice). Must have a good familiraty with
Solaris and Sparc hardware.

This group will start small and be built up in response to customer demand. You
will be a senior participant in building the new SPARC technology business 
within Sun Microsystems, Inc.
