I am looking for a nice place to do recreational-style bicycling 
somewhere in the South Bay area, although I'd like to know about
other Bay Area places as well.  The criteria for these places are
(in the order of importance):

1.  No steep upgrades and downgrades (yes I am a lazy bum)

2.  No or very little auto traffic

3.  Nice scenery


Let me know about your favorite places to bike!
