No.  The right of a landlord to inspect, is enshrined in English statute, 
its presence in a Tenancy Agreement makes no difference.

Last June, sick of them of not attending, and then blaming me, I offered 
them another key to my home:  they already have one.  The last time I 
know they used it, is 19 November 2003.

If you look at my web site, at those pages, you will see letters from me 
offering another key.

This scheme is for assistance with small problems.  With litigation, a 
scheme offering full representation is available.  They go to Court, so 
the 2 hour advice and assistance scheme is not appropriate.

These lawyers can recover Her Britannic Majesty's Government money, for 
the government, if they succeed.  As they would, if they bothered.

The killing is because I cannot breathe properly, at night, with an 
electric ventilator.  We don't have electricity supplies on the streets 
of the UK, either.
