Bullshit.  Almost got the entire planet nuked with star-wars "trump
card" 'cos he was too senile to understand the madness he was
perpetrating.  What ended the Cold War was the Eastern European people
(spurred on by Gorbachev's reforms) deciding they'd had enough.

This one's a joke, right?  I remember an interview where, after having
been asked an awkward question (about Irangate), he turned to a dead
thanksgiving turkey and asked it if it had spoken.  Yeah, that's strong
