You should try to get hold of the EC regulations on the definition
of a Mineral Water.  Lots of water do not properly qualify for this
denomination.  Here in Sweden I believe only Ramlosa could qualify
as "EC mineral water".  I don't know why at the moment.  But there
are several other good waters available in the shops here.

Many breweries use tap water in their process, though treated and
purified.  You can check, I think this is the case for Carlsberg
and Tuborg in Denmark.
