You should not need Congress to take action. epa states greenhouse gas hurts people, but I have personal experience in addition to circumstantial evidence this harms people greatly , Especially if your down wind from coal and your cities particulate pollution is over 35pm At one point epa rated air over 45 as moderate now they raised it to over 50. They also forecast air conditions wrong in my area around 35 percent of the time. they have been accused of not doing enough against pollution especially for those most exposed. Now when they come out to suggest greenhouse gas is harmful you can see if anything it has to be even worse then that. They don't tell you where and how dangerous. I can and will, its very dangerous. To see families members get this so called moderate pm leves and have no idea what harm its doing to them or have no way to escape is paramount to hell right here in the USA it is surreal.. Combine pm pollution over 40 with coal and car carbon dioxide near four way stop signs and people living near crowded streets and this pollution is killing tens of thousands. . People who don't get this poison as much as others in the NE take for granted their health.. They of course don't want to be taxed to help someone else. You should only be so unfortunate to see kids gasp for air and teens needing asthma meds in ers like I have seen. On PM levels over 45 (airnow.gov) its like living in hell personally but much more important I am telling you this poison can be proved harmful by honestly comparing health in different conditions . Its not only the amount of pollution its the consistency a population gets it. This poison is enough! Energy companies should
