Do tell.  In his book _American Jihad - The Terrorists Living Among Us_,
Stepen Emerson gives many examples of dangerous terrorist groups whom the FBI
hasn't accused of terrorist acts and he also explains the reasons why the FBI
hasn't done so.  Just because they haven't done so, doesn't mean they can't
do so.  KM
