Human nature, Brian.  Eventually, the temptation to cut a few corners
to get to the old fart's estate or trim a few dollars off the health
care budget will cause some people to just bump them off either by
coercion, persuasion, the planting of doubt in the patient's mind or
by taking the approach extolled by Nike.
