Where it states "The pure agonist opiod drugs have no clinically relevant
ceiling effect to analgesia"

My reading indicates death from morphine is due to respiratory depression,
brought on by a sudden step increase in dosage. Ramp up the dosage
smoothly and you won't kill a patient with morphine.
