Assisting suicide is a crime in Australia.
The patient themselves commits no crime, but the person who provides
the equipment, knowing what it will be used for, the person who prescribes
the drugs, knowing what they will be used for, and the person who inserts
the needle, knowing the purpose, are all guilty of a crime.

As I said, over and over again, the RTI Act was not about the right to die,
but about the right to kill.
