Wrong . Where do you can this ludicrous legal opinion ? The state laws can't be
overide by federal politician which are considered to be state issues and
voluntary euthanasia is considered to be a state issue .The only way the
federal government can override this state law is by calling for a national
referemdum which would strip the state of that power to legislate for that
issue and I think if this referemdum does occur , it would totally be reject by
the people of Australia .

Than why the hell to we have state parliament when the federal government can
overrides laws when they see those law which are consider to state issue to be
unreasonable .

The only time they won out was when they are threaten with a referemdum
and also the public opinion are in favour of the federal politician on this
issue .However as you and I do know that the majority of Australia do support
euthanasia and definitely the people would side with the state government in
a referemdum if any state govenrment legislate for euthanasia .
