CA Sec of State Shelly has decided to delay the recall.

Hmm, it seems that Shelly is insane, like really insane.

By his own admission, Assembly Democratic leader Kevin Shelley 
of San Francisco has been a terrible boss. /snip/

Shelley's temper terrified employees in both his Capitol and 
district offices. Former staff members speak of Shelley's 
mercurial moods, angry door slamming and rages over their
spelling mistakes. Shelley, who was married on Saturday in New 
York, said he is seeking outside help, although he would not 
say what kind. /snip/

But the number of informal complaints from Shelley's employees 
and the high turnover of his staff prompted the Assembly rules
Committee to hire a private $160-an-hour lawyer in August
to evaluate the lawmaker's performance.

Shelly is another example of a demolib whack job who cares nothing about the
law, the state constiutution, or the people of the state of claifornia. he
believes he is the ultimate arbiter.

typical. the demolibs trashed Katherine Harris for following the law, so it
should be no surprise that they tolerate, yea encourage one of their own who
flouts it.
