STEP 1)
Print the PETITION from this link.

Or request one be mailed to you from Charles Foster (below).

STEP 2)
On the blank for "party" write the name "Reform".

STEP 3)
Get 10 or more people to sign the petition
and fill in the blanks NAME, ADDRESS, COUNTY, DATE OF BIRTH,
(if they don't know their Voter Registration Number --
don't worry -- we can fill that in for them).

Voters are under no obligation by signing.  (Their long
distance company will NOT be switched.)  THEY MUST NOT
HAVE VOTED IN THE PRIMARY OF ANOTHER PARTY.  Texas Voters
can vote for anyone they please in November.

STEP 4)
Get EVERY petition sheet notarized.

STEP 5)
Mail the NOTARIZED petition, on or before Monday 15 May 2000,

You're done.

STEP 7)
Get friends and relatives to collect petitions and complete the

WHO EVER SAID ___YOUR ONE VOTE___ didn't count much?
