I'm getting into an adventurous mood and am thinking 
about taking a whitewater raft trip down the Deschutes.
Does anybody have specific information on raft guides
and cost?

Also, I'm thinking about trying my hand at sailing.
Does anybody have recommendations on the best way
to get started?
