Ann,

I am using Europa and have been very pleased. The set up was easy, the 
few times I've needed tech support they've answered immediately with the 
right info. I get very solid connections at 28.8 (or 26.X) and have 
always gotten on immediately or within a minute or so. I use Netscape 
for most everything & it seems solid and trouble-free w/ Europa. You can 
contact them online @ 222-4244 (login as new) or voice at 222-9508.

I'm not affiliated with them in any way, other than being a satisfied 
customer. I speak up when I'm displeased but also when I'm treated well, 
which is why I'm giving Europa a recommendation.
