A recent survey compiled by the Governors� office in Texas asked the 
following question:

DO YOU THINK ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS SNEAKING ACROSS OUR MEXICAN BORDER ARE A 
PROBLEM?

38 % OF PEOPLE SURVEYED STATED: "YES, DEFINITELY"

62 % OF PEOPLE SURVEYED STATED: " no hablo ingles"
