Perhaps, this is not a widely distributed group. Or perhaps, no one
has anything to say to a statewide audience (vidience?)
BTW, the news poster at UTK put a "utk.ed" in the message ID of your
posting instead of "utk.edu". This may be due to a news
misconfiguration; you should inform your news administrator.
