Good day everyone!

I am looking for an established web site with quality content that
doesn't require constant updating and maintenance. My budget is up to
$1000. Will pay by PayPal.

I am especially looking for:

Web sites established for at least 6 months
Good Google PageRank: 3 or better
Backlinks from other web sites
Stable traffic (please provide stats in any shape)
Sites with unique quality content (even niche topics) are preferred

Please DO NOT offer anything like:

No forum or communities web sites
No adult, dating or picture web sites
No turnkey web sites, templates or scripts
No credit repair, hosting, web templates
No casino, arcade, classifieds, shareware archive

Please send me a private message with:

Site description
Reason for sale
Web stats (screenshots or login)
Asking price

I am a serious buyer. Sending me an offer is not a waste of time.

For $1000 and looking at your requirements it appears that you are not
serious about anything, regardless good luck.
