I have a three bedroom house for sale. It is an old house with a
fireplace, well built, with a good-size living room and dining room, a
cold room, a garage, workshop and garden shed, in a country-like setting
with many mature trees. Yet, it is within a few minutes walk of the
subway and close to several bus routes. This is an estate sale and if
sold through a real estate broker would cost several thousand dollars
more.
This property is zoned "Church or Residential" and has no very
close residential neighbors. It would be ideal for church or childcare
use either in the existing building or with an addition. The property is
large enough to accommodate an average sized church. Properties of the
same size sold for about $300,000 when the market was brisk. The asking
price for this property is in the neighborhood of $180M. If the area
were to be redeveloped, this lot and immediate lots would appreciate
considerably. The property is also large enough to be subdivided.
Please, no real estate agents.
