My historic century home in Stouffville, just 30 minutes north of
Toronro, is for sale.

Do you like hardwood floors and 9' ceilings ?  If so read on.
White with green trim, large yard (with a white picket fence), next to
GO station in the old part of town.  I even built a matching playhouse
in the backyard.

3 bedrooms, dining room, family room, living room and a huge kitchen.
We love this house but are moving to Milton for family reasons.  House
is in great condition and a heck of a lot cheaper than Toronto
($230,000).
